Toche kumech (unleavened buns)

Toche kumech (unleavened buns) from Zemfira Stukanog. Thanks for the recipe and photo!

Compound:

200 g sour cream
200 ml milk
200 g butter
200 g creamy margarine
1 tsp salt
a little sugar
a sachet of baking powder
flour

Cooking:

Add melted butter, melted margarine, sour cream, salt, sugar and sifted flour with baking powder to the milk. Knead an elastic dough and a dough that does not stick to your hands, cover and let rest a little. Then divide the dough into pieces, form buns, prick with a fork. Bake kumech in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
