Ingredients:

100 ml of water
300 ml of milk
50 g of margarine
2 eggs
1 heaping tablespoon of dry instant yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2.5 tablespoons of sugar
5 cups of flour (230 ml glass)

Cooking:

Pour yeast and 0.5 tablespoon of sugar into a glass of warm water, stir and leave to form a foam for about 10 minutes.
Pour milk at room temperature into a bowl, add eggs, salt, sugar, melted margarine and mix well.

Divide into two parts, put one part in a bowl and cover.
