Ingredients:

1 kg apples
4 eggs
200 g sugar
50 g soft butter
A pinch of salt
about 300 g flour

Cooking:

Beat eggs with salt, sugar and butter.
Then gradually add the sifted flour and soda, mix well until smooth. The dough should turn out like a pancake, thick. Add apples, stir. Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina and lay out the dough.
Bake at 170-180 degrees, check readiness with a wooden skewer.
