Koymak (pancakes)

Compound:

850 ml milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar, salt to taste
1/3 teaspoon soda
500 g flour
a pinch of soda
butter

Cooking:

Add eggs, salt, sugar to milk and mix.
Then add the sifted flour with soda and stir with a whisk until a homogeneous, not very thick dough. If the dough is too thick, add some water or milk. Heat the pan and grease with oil, fry the pancakes on both sides. the finished pancakes with butter. Serve pancakes with sour cream, honey or jam.
