Dough:
300 ml water
1 pack of margarine
2-3 tbsp.
spoons of sour cream 2 tbsp.
tablespoons of vegetable oil salt
a pinch of soda
flour
Filling:
potatoes
meat (beef, lamb)
onion
spices
butter
Cooking:
Knead a not very steep dough, cover and let it rest.
Prepare the filling. Wash the meat and cut into cubes. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes too, there should be as much meat as potatoes. Finely chop the onion. Potatoes , meat , onions, salt, pepper, spices, mix.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts, roll out most of the dough larger than the form so that the edges hang from the form. Put the filling on the dough in a slide, put a few pieces of butter on top, gather the edges to the middle.
Roll out the second part of the dough, the size of the hole on the belish, cover and pinch the lid with the base.
Send the belish to the oven and bake at 180 degrees. 1.5-2 hours, the time depends on the size of the belish, if the top of the belish starts to burn, cover with foil. Ready belish is served on the table in a frying pan, cut the lid in a circle and cut it into pieces, add to the filling, pour melted butter + a little broth inside.
