Dough:
- 400 ml kefir
- 150 gr margarine
- 1 st. spoon of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 4 1/4 cups flour
Filling:
- about 400-500 gr beef fillet
- about 6-7 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- salt pepper
Cooking:
Knead the dough: pour soda into kefir and stir, let stand so that bubbles appear. Melt margarine and cool, mix with salt. Then pour in kefir, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, gradually add flour, the dough should be soft. Cover bowl with dough and let sit.
Prepare the filling: Rinse the meat and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, peel the potatoes and also cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients, salt to taste and pepper.
Divide the dough into two parts, remove one part for now. Roll the second part into a sausage and cut into pieces, about the size of a small tangerine. Roll out not very thinly into a cake, put the filling in the center, lift the edges of the dough up and pinch in a circle, leaving a hole in the center.
