Toche koymak (pancakes made from unleavened dough)

Compound:

 

500-600 ml milk
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
about 500 g flour
vegetable oil for frying

 

Cooking:

 

Break eggs into a bowl and beat with sugar.
Then add salt, milk, soda and flour. Knead a thick dough, if the dough is too thick add a little more milk. Heat up a frying pan with oil. Spread the dough with a spoon, fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
