Village-style Kullama soup

Soup "Rustic Kullama"

Ingredients:

meat (lamb, beef, horse meat), you can also cook soup and meatballs
onion
1-2 pcs potatoes
salt
pepper
greens

Dough for salma:

2 eggs
100 ml water
salt
flour

Cooking:

Boil the meat in salted water. Remove the cooked meat and let cool, then cut into pieces. Prepare salma: knead a stiff dough, cut into ribbons about 1.8-2 cm wide and then put several ribbons on top of each other, sprinkling them lightly with flour and cut into rhombuses. Put the potatoes in the prepared broth, let it boil, then salma and finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, you can add carrots. Cook until cooked, remove from heat. Pour the soup into bowls, add pieces of meat, herbs, serve with katyk.
