Paramech dough recipe:
1.5 cups of water
1 egg
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp.
tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
tablespoons butter 4 cups flour
a small packet of dried yeast
Filling:
minced
onion
salt
water
pepper
Cooking:
Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm water. Add sugar, salt, egg, diluted yeast, vegetable oil and soft butter to the remaining warm water, mix everything. Add flour and knead soft dough, let the dough rise. Prepare the filling. In minced meat, add finely chopped onion, a little water, salt, pepper, mix.
Divide the risen dough into small equal pieces and roll each piece thinly. Put the filling on the cakes.
Pinch the edges of the dough to the middle, leaving a hole in the middle.
Place the paremechi on a baking sheet or dish and let them rise.
Before baking, grease with yolk or milk, bake until tender.
