Cooking:
Knead soft dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Divide the finished dough into pieces weighing 50 g, roll into a thin cake.
Put minced meat in the middle of the cake, lift the edges of the dough and pinch, leave a hole in the middle of 1-1.5 cm. Leave the paremechi for 20-30 minutes.
Then fry in boiling oil over medium heat, first put the hole down, then, when the paremach is fried until golden brown, carefully turn over and fry on the other side.
