Ingredients:
200 g sour cream
30 g butter

about 300 g flour
Filling:
250 g walnuts
200 g sugar
30 g butter
Cooking:
Grind walnuts, you can scroll through a meat grinder. Add melted butter and stir.
In a bowl, put sour cream, melted butter, salt, mix. Add flour and knead the dough is not very cool.
Roll out and cut into squares, put a filling on each square and roll into a tube. The tube should be no larger than a finger, which is why it is called "Barmak" - a finger.
Put barmak on a sheet, greased with oil, and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Ready barmak cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
