Yomyrka sumsasy (Egg pies)

Dough:

 

250 ml water
1 tbsp.
dry yeast 1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp.
spoonful of sugar 2 tbsp.
a spoonful of vegetable oil 500 gr flour

Filling:

boiled eggs
salt
1-2 tbsp.
spoons butter greens

Cooking:

Add yeast, sugar to warm water, mix. Then add salt, egg shaken with a fork, oil, mix. Next, add flour, knead a soft dough, cover and let rise, knead the risen dough and let rise again. Prepare the filling: finely chop the boiled eggs and greens, salt, add a little oil, mix. Divide the dough into small pieces weighing approximately 50 g, flatten into a cake, put the filling in the middle and pinch, form a pie. Fry the pies in a hot frying pan with oil until golden brown.
