For test:
for 1 kg of flour:
5 eggs
300 ml of water
20 g of salt
For filling:
500-600 gr cottage cheese
1 egg
salt
a couple of tbsp. spoons of sour cream
Cooking:
Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Add the egg, salt, sour cream to the cottage cheese and mix well, you can add finely chopped greens (I added dill).
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm, and cut into circles with a diameter of 6-7 cm.
Put the filling in the middle of the circle with a tablespoon, fold in half and pinch the edges, dumplings with cottage cheese are obtained in the shape of a crescent.
Place the dumplings in boiling salted water, boil, then put in a colander. Arrange dumplings on plates and serve with butter, sour cream or katyk.
