Ingredients:
300 g sour cream
4 eggs
100 g margarine
700 g flour
20 g sugar
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp baking soda
Filling:
800 g chicken fillet
600 g potatoes
130 g onions
salt, pepper
Cooking:
Knead the dough: mix sour cream, salt, sugar, eggs, melted and chilled margarine.
Then add the sifted flour with soda and knead the dough. Prepare the filling: the chicken into pieces, cut the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the onion.
Mix everything, salt, pepper to taste, you can add a little butter. Divide the dough into pieces (base and lid) weighing about 100 g.
and smaller pieces of about 30 gr. about 20 pieces total. Then roll out into cakes 5-6 mm thick. In the middle of a larger cake, put the stuffing from potatoes and chicken, rolled out a small cake on the filling.
Pinch the edges of the bowl with the edges of the lower dough, as in the photo. Elesh on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate with yolk and send the baking sheet to the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
