Dough:

2 cups milk
1 tbsp.
tablespoons dry yeast 2 tbsp.
spoons of vegetable oil 100 gr.
mayonnaise 2 eggs
0.5 cup sugar
1 kg flour

Filling:

viburnum berries
sugar
semolina

Cooking:

Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm milk. Add sugar, salt, eggs at room temperature, mayonnaise and diluted yeast to the remaining warm milk, add butter at the end. Gradually add flour. Knead not very hard dough. You need to knead for a long time and carefully. Cover and let rise. Prepare the filling. Peel the viburnum, rinse and mix with sugar, add a little semolina (1.5-2 tablespoons). Divide the risen dough into 2 unequal parts. Roll out most of it, lay out the filling. Roll out the second part and cover the pie, pinch the edges well. You can make 2 beleshas from this amount of dough. Let rise again for 30-40 minutes, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake until done.
